(She/Her/Hers) is the Founder and Principal of Consultedu. She is an active advocate and operations strategist serving organizations providing services and programs in education, career pathways, and workforce development. As a first generation Latina and immigrant, she has dedicated her professional career working with educational entities to create and implement high quality mentoring, education, and workforce development career pathways for people of color, immigrants, and first generation college students.
With a decade of work in district management, charter school administration, non-profit leadership, and Education Consulting, Johanna is focused on using her consulting experience to enable organizations serving young adults and providing education and workforce development pathways to build lasting equity focused programs that prepare students to excel and have economic mobility in their personal lives and careers.
